Beautiful 1900-1920 Possibly Meissen Ritzenhoff & Becker Soup Tureen with Koi, Mermaids, and Swans.  Ritzenhoff & Becker (R.B.) refers to a historical porcelain manufacturer that was active in Meissen, Saxony, between 1900 and 1920.  While the name "Meissen" is most famous for the Staatliche PorzellanpManufaktur, Meissen  (the oldest high-quality porcelain manufacturer in Europe, founded in 1710), Ritzenhoff & Becker was a separate private factory operating in the same city during the early 20th century.
